The gardens within the Pine Grove Villa have now matured in to a hive of flora and forna. The garden are very private with large hedges and trees surrounding its perimeter, making it perfect for private sunbathing bathing and swimming. During the summer months especially, there is a plethora of flowers all with amazing colours, and smells making this Cyprus villa the perfect base for your Cyprus holidays.

The gardens extend right around the villa, with the largest lawned area being next to the swimming pool (see picture to the right) perfect for children to play on all year round.

The Grass is actually Royal Grass artificial Lawn, "The worlds leading artificial grass" and not only does it look incredibly real, but makes it perfect for all our guests to walk and play on anytime of the year.

It has now been installed around 3 years and looks and feels as good as did the very first day it was laid. All our guests are amazed at the quality of it, and most don't even know it is artificial, we constantly have to remind the gardener not to trim it when he is tending the garden.

The swimming pool is the centre piece of the gardens, and is perfect for family fun. It is an over flow pool, so will keep any bugs at bay, they simply flow down the filters around the edge of the pool. The pool is cleaned twice a week during the summer months ensuring you have perfect clear water throughout your stay.

Around the side of the pool it a long terrace which is perfect for sun bathing, we supply sun loungers, chairs and parasols, plus a dining table for alfresco dinning.

The Pine Grove Villa is situated 5 mins walk to probably the best beach in Northern Cyprus, The escape beach. The escape beach is a private beach club that is kept in immaculate condition, there is a small charge for entering the beach, but you get a lounger and a parasol on entry. This Cyprus beach is perfect for safe family bathing as the waters are very shallow and are perfect protection from large waves. There is a cafe restaurant available in this beach club, which offer great food at reasonable prices. If you fancy eating and drinking from your lounger under your parasol then there are lots of staff who would be delighted to accommodate you.

The Kernavsary beach is a public beach which is 5 minutes by car, you can walk it but would take 20 minutes or so. This beach has bean upgraded over the last 2 years making it a stunning beach. The Cyprus Beach is very popular, and you can hire sun beds and loungers at a nominal fee. You have the Kervan restaurant at the top of the entrance to the beach which offers superb food, & beverages and it very popular for its kleftico during the summer months in Cyprus.

Overall: this is a Superb beach, with some good facilities and Great for sunbathing, there is great food from the Kervan readily available as well.

There is so much to see and do in Northern Cyprus, & over the last 5 years it has developed in to the perfect holiday destination.

The main Harbour of Kyrenia is one of the most beautiful and quaint harbours in the world, The first time you visit, you will be taken a back by the ambience & atmosphere, and you will sit for hours in one of the many alfresco bars and restaurants & watch the world goes by.

There is the amazing Belapais village going up the mountain, that offers stunning views, delightful restaurants and bars, & traditional winding streets to meander alone.

Over the last 5 years the website has been amazing for the development of the villa. It has brought us many many clients, of which high percentages have returned on a regular basis. However with the villa being a Northern Cyprus villa people can still being unsure on how to get to the villa and which airline to take, so we are introducing a flight finder service to aid there enquiries.

The flight finder service is easy to use and only take a few minutes to enter your details, we need to know information like; your name, your towns details the number of peoples in your party, be it adults and children, and your preferred airport. We will then endeavour to trawl through all the available flights and hopefully find you the perfect deal. Nowadays it can be cheaper to depart with one airline and return on another, so we would take all the hassle out of the search for flights and give you the best available options.
