The escape beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. One of the best on the island, a lovely sandy bay for safe, unspoilt swimming surrounded by palm trees, with easy access to its beach bars and restaurant. For scuba diving you have the santori diving club only a stones throw from the villa, with the sea water temperature being one of the warmest in the world, enjoy this stunning underwater experience. Located just 10 - 15 minutes drive from Alasancak is the world Famous Kyrenia Harbour, with its array of fine cuisines, from seafood to Steaks to Pastas and pizza this truly is a stunning place to be, sit by the sea and be pampered with a glass of wine or a simple beer by the many waiters offering excellent service. There is some Great shopping, markets, etc. Kyrenia has lots of small boutiques selling gifts, jewellery, clothing and much more Enjoy the bartering in the shops and markets and why not finish with one of there famous Donner or shish kebabs and a cool beer of course. The Capital Nicosia is only 20 minutes away by car and is definitely worth a look, in the summer months it can very hot as there is no breeze from the sea. |

Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Arrival can normally be arranged for any time of day, however flexibility may be required if guests are leaving the same day as your arrival.
Linen/maid service
Towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). If staying for 2 weeks the linen and towels will be changed during your stay.
Notes on accommodation
The bedrooms are all air conditioned. Children are very welcome at the Villa, this patio area is surrounded by wrought iron fencing fencing, the private pool is for the sole use of the guests only.

Outside Pine Grove Villa benefits from a huge patio area surrounding the 10x5 metre illuminated pool. Six sunbeds and mattresses are available together with a patio table and 6 chairs for al-fresco dining. A Gas BBQ is situated by the pool. The views of the sea and mountains are superb Car Hire Although local shops and restaurants are within walking distance car hire is recommended. This can also be arranged upon request at reasonable rates. Distances The bungalow is situated at the edge of Alsancak village. This is approximately a 15 minute drive from Kyrenia, and about 10 minutes walk to local shops and restuarants. Booking notes A deposit of £200, for each week booked, is required and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 bond is held to cover any repairs or breakages. This is refunded within 1 week of departure if not required. |
